Both of us come from hardworking immigrant families. We watched our parents dedicate their lives to providing opportunities for us — long hours, endless sacrifices, and dreams that were always centered around giving their children a better life. Their dream was us, and that’s something we’ll never take for granted.

But as grateful as we are for their example, we also recognize what they didn’t have — time. The time to slow down, to be present, to enjoy the life they worked so hard to build. That’s what we want to give back to our own children: time, opportunity, education, and the freedom to dream big while they’re still growing up.

RISS Property Management is our way of honoring where we come from while creating a new path forward. We started with our 9-to-5 corporate jobs, using our W-2 income to invest in our first property.
